I do not update my DA often as I do not draw or make things often. I am currently writing my thesis due in fall term so I definitely shouldn't be making anything anyway (which of course means I want to doodle).
I was thinking about writing something with advice for anyone who wants to fold 1000 cranes but aside from, "be prepared for it to take you forever" and, "you will get bored and probably need to take a break." I can't really think of much.
It takes forever and it is boring and your finger pads will get sore from rubbing against so much paper.
The end product is definitely worth it so if you want to fold your own thousand, go for it.
